How far in advance can I book?
For the best choice of resorts and room types, we recommend booking 7–11 months before your arrival. However, last-minute availability does appear, so it’s always worth getting in touch even if your trip is just around the corner.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
We understand that plans can change. Where possible, we’ll always do our best to help with amendments or cancellations. As every DVC reservation is unique, we recommend reading our cancellation policy before booking so you know exactly what to expect.
Can UK guests add the Disney Dining Plan?
Yes. If the Disney Dining Plan is available and eligible for your stay, the DVC Member making your reservation may be able to add it on your behalf. Any payment deadline, cancellation restriction or non-refundable condition will be explained before payment is taken.

Can DVC Members rent reservations made using their points?
DVC Members may generally make reservations for other people using their points, subject to their membership documents and Disney Vacation Club’s current rules. Each Member is responsible for ensuring that their activity complies with those rules, including any restrictions concerning commercial rental activity. DVC Exchange UK works with Members who have points available and does not guarantee that Disney’s policies will remain unchanged.
Is renting DVC points safe?
We take reasonable steps to verify participating DVC Members and support guests throughout the booking process. Your reservation is made in your name by the matched DVC Member. Once confirmed, you’ll receive the Disney confirmation number so you can link the reservation to your Disney account. As DVC rentals involve a third-party Member and are subject to Disney Vacation Club rules, guests should read our Guest Booking Terms and obtain suitable travel insurance before booking.
