From registering your points to receiving payment, here’s how DVC Exchange UK guides you through every step.
Register your details
Tell us your Home Resort, number of points, Use Year and when the points need to be used.
We find a suitable guest
We match the guest's preferred resort, dates and room requirements with the points you have available.
You accept the booking request
We send you the booking details and agreed rate. You remain free to accept or decline the request.
Booking confirmed
Once you’ve accepted the booking request, we’ll send you the guest details needed to complete the reservation.
Make the reservation
Log in to your Disney Vacation Club account and make the reservation in the guest’s name using the information we’ve provided.
Receive payment
Receive payment according to the agreed payment schedule directly into your nominated UK bank account.

All reservations booked under 7 months are paid at the Tier three rate of £14 per point.

How you get paid
Your agreed member rate is confirmed before you make the reservation, so you know exactly what the booking is worth.
Rate agreed
Your rate and total payment are confirmed before booking.
50% after confirmation
The first payment is made once the Disney reservation is confirmed.
50% at check-in
The remaining payment is made when the guest reaches their check-in date.
Paid in GBP
Payments are made to your nominated bank account in pounds sterling.

We act as the link between you and the guest, but you remain responsible for your own DVC account and decide which reservations you are willing to make. Even if you do not currently have points available, you can register your future interest and we will contact you when a suitable opportunity arises.
