We match the guest's preferred resort, dates and room requirements with the points you have available.
You receive the request
We send you the booking details and agreed rate. You remain free to accept or decline the request.
You check availability
You check the requested accommodation through your DVC account and confirm whether it is available.
You make the reservation
Once instructed, you make the booking in the guest's name and provide the official Disney reservation details.
You receive payment
Payment is made according to the agreed payment schedule, directly to your nominated bank account.

Your agreed member rate is confirmed before you make the reservation, so you know exactly what the booking is worth.

Your rate and total payment are confirmed before booking.
50% after confirmation
The first payment is made once the Disney reservation is confirmed.
50% at check-in
The remaining payment is made when the guest reaches their check-in date.

Am I required to accept every booking request?
No. We will send you the details of a suitable request, but you decide whether you would like to accept it.
Who makes the Disney reservation?
You make the reservation through your own Disney Vacation Club account using the guest information supplied to you.
When will I be paid?
The current payment schedule is 50% once the reservation has been confirmed and the remaining 50% on the guest's check-in date.
How is my rate decided?
Rates depend on your Home Resort and the lead time available before check-in. Your exact rate and total payment will be confirmed before you agree to book.
Does DVC Exchange UK speak to the guest?
Yes. We coordinate the guest journey and provide you with the information required to make and manage the reservation.
Can I register even if I have no points available today?
Yes. You can register your interest so we know which Home Resort you own and can contact you when a suitable opportunity arises.
Can I rent points from any DVC Home Resort?
Yes. Points from all Disney Vacation Club Home Resorts are welcomed, although rates and guest demand vary by resort and booking window.
