   Once availability has been confirmed, we will send your formal quote together with our guest information form and a request for a £100 deposit.

   Finding your match

   We Match You With a DVC Member

   We search our network of registered Disney Vacation Club Members to find the right match for your booking.

   Once matched, the DVC Member can make the reservation on your behalf when the booking window opens:

   11 months before check-in If your chosen resort is the Member's Home Resort.

   7 months before check-in For any other Disney Vacation Club resort.

   We will keep you updated throughout the matching process.

   Secure your stay

   Pay the Remaining Balance

   Once your booking has been successfully matched, we will invite you to pay the remaining balance in full.

   Your matched DVC Member will then make the reservation in your name.

   The magical part

   Receive and Link Your Reservation

   We will send you the official Disney reservation details so you can link your stay to My Disney Experience or the Disneyland app.

   You can then view your booking, plan dining and start counting down to your stay.
